Troubleshooting(3)—— Failure Modes For Refrigerators: F4 F5 F6

In the last issue I gave you a detailed explanation of the reasons for the F1 F2 F3 fault in the refrigerator, so in this issue I will continue to give you a detailed explanation of the reasons for the other three F4 F5 F6 faults in the refrigerator.

4. Compressor - start error failure causes(F4)

      1. There is too much refrigerant in the compressor system, the pressure in the internal pipeline is too large, and the startup fails;

      2. The ambient temperature is too high, the internal pressure of the compressor is too large, and the startup fails;

      3. The internal rotor of the compressor is stuck due to vibration, oil leakage, etc., and the startup fails to start.

5. Compressor-low-speed operation fault causes(F5)

      1. There is too much refrigerant in the compressor system, the internal pressure is too large, and the operation process fails to protect

      2. The ambient temperature is too high, the internal pressure of the compressor is too large, and the operation process fails to protect

      3. The internal rotor of the compressor is stuck due to vibration, oil leakage, etc., and the operation fails to protect

      4. The compressor is frequently turned on and off for many times, and the operation process fails to protect

6. Compressor-controller over-temperature protection fault causes(F6)

      1. The ambient temperature is too high, and the temperature of the compressor control components is too high

      2. The starting power of the compressor is too high, which causes the heating temperature of the components of the compressor controller to be too high

      3. The condensing fan is damaged, resulting in the accumulation of working heat of the compressor, and the heating temperature of the components of the compressor controller is too high
